Campaign structure

Campaigns connect a website, retention asset, trigger list, runtime window, cooldown, page include rules, page exclude rules, and status controls such as start, pause, and end.

Supported trigger workflows include exit intent and other configured runtime triggers. The snippet resolves eligible retention asset requests and shows one RetentionMaster overlay at a time.

Overlap behavior

When matching campaigns overlap on the same website, asset type, trigger, and runtime window, the platform warns that runtime will show one eligible retention asset at a time and treat matching overlaps as equal A/B candidates by default.

Analytics

Campaign analytics include displays, CTA engagements, engagement rate, website, asset, runtime, triggers, and limits. Use this view to decide which campaign should remain active.
