Google Tag Manager Integration
Deploy RetentionMaster with GTM Custom HTML tags, map variables, and generate action-specific tracking snippets.
Master tag
In Settings, the GTM Integration panel generates a master Custom HTML tag containing the RetentionMaster snippet for the selected site public key.
Publish this tag on all pages where RetentionMaster should track page views, triggers, and retention asset runtime behavior.
Action tags
Create a separate Custom HTML tag per action, such as registration, deposit, lead_submit, or a custom action. The generated tag calls RMTrack and can include mapped GTM variables in the payload.
Action tags can fire on your existing GTM triggers, such as successful registration, purchase confirmation, form submission, or deposit success.
Plan access
Advanced GTM-fed event ingestion is locked on Starter and Core, available on PRO, and fully available on Enterprise according to the central entitlement registry.
Frequently Asked Questions
Should the master tag fire before action tags?
Yes. The loader queues early RMTrack calls, but firing the master tag broadly keeps event delivery more reliable.
