Plan model
RetentionMaster resolves runtime access from the platform entitlement registry and purchase options from the registration plan catalog. Plans are RM Starter, RM Core, RM PRO, and RM Enterprise.
Entitlements control page access, chart access, advanced editor access, custom events, GTM-fed events, retention asset rules, exports, API integrations, and assistance prompts.
Limits by plan
RM Starter: 5,000 monthly events, 1 retention asset, 1 active campaign at a time, 5 actions, 30 days of history, 0 custom events, 1 site.
RM Core: 50,000 monthly events, 5 retention assets, 10 active campaigns at a time, 25 actions, 90 days of history, 0 custom events, 1 site.
RM PRO: 750,000 monthly events, 25 retention assets, 200 actions, 365 days of history, 100 custom events, 10 sites.
RM Enterprise: 5,000,000 monthly events by default, unlimited retention assets/actions/history/custom events, and 100 sites.
