Designer workflow

Designer is a PRO+ workspace for creating and editing retention assets. Users can start from prebuilt templates, change background, colors, text, CTA, and layers, preview the deployed behavior, and save to the Retention Library.

Designer saves include retention asset HTML, CSS, JS, and a designer payload so the asset can be reopened and edited later.

Library integration

The Designer can load saved retention assets, show version history, mark current versions, and save new versions into the Retention Library for campaign use.
