Roles

RetentionMaster defines Retention Viewer, Retention Manager, and Retention Admin roles. Viewers inspect data, managers create assets and use Designer when enabled, and admins manage broader workspace settings and users.

Users can be limited to selected sites so teams only see the data and assets they are allowed to access.

Invites and management

The Users page supports invites, user listing, editing role/site access, and MFA reset for users who need authentication recovery.
