Verifying a Workspace Installation

Confirm that the RetentionMaster snippet is installed, detected, and sending events for the correct workspace site.

Verification flow

RetentionMaster stores each site with a public key, origin host, and snippet installation state. The platform can check whether the snippet has been detected for a pending workspace.

If verification fails, publish the site or GTM container, visit the target domain once, then check again. Browser ad blockers and unpublished GTM containers are common causes of missing detection.

Confirm with Reporting

After detection, open Reporting and filter to the website. A healthy install should produce page_view events, session activity, and top-page data as visitors load pages.

For conversion tags, trigger a test RMTrack event and confirm it appears under action-code based charts or Data Explorer.

Why is the workspace still pending?

The snippet may not be published, the wrong public key may be installed, or the first tracked page has not been opened since deployment.
